I stayed to enjoy the casino at Resort World Manila and overall, I thought it was a very good hotel for the price. It was easily accessible, clean, and had great staff, so I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great hotel. Location: It is located right by the Runway Manila exit, which is very close to Terminal 3 of the airport, and is easily accessible on foot without getting lost. It was also very easy to access Resort World Manila on foot. It was good for sightseeing as well, as it only takes a few minutes to get to the city center using the highway with Grab. Additionally, there is a convenience store right next to the hotel, so you can buy what you need right away. Staff: The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Facilities: The facilities are similar to those of a Japanese business hotel, with shared facilities such as a gym and pool that are unique to a resort hotel. The following are some points that did not affect the evaluation but were of concern: - The quality of the shampoo and body soap was very low (it did not foam at all). It is recommended to buy them at a convenience store. - The breakfast area can be very crowded at later times. Also, compared to Japanese business hotels, the quality was not that high. If you prioritize breakfast, it may be better to avoid it. - The gym and pool can be very crowded depending on the time, so if you prioritize a resort hotel, it may be better to avoid it.

The room is clean and comfortable with high-quality amenities and breakfast. What's more, it is located just a short walk from T3 via a pedestrian bridge, so it is safe even if you arrive late at night. Especially for women, this is the best option to consider for safety reasons. The only downside is that the shower's hot water may be weak. However, if you can tolerate a lukewarm shower, it should not be a problem. (You may be able to make it hotter by reducing the water flow?) The hot water in the sink was not a problem. Since many flights from Japan to Manila arrive at night, it seems that more people will use this place in the future.

We would like to share our recent experience at Belmont hotel during our three-night stay. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the concierge team, and we were impressed by the hotel's secure scanner, which is ideal for travelers like us. When we reached the reception area, we had expected to be assigned to the 10th floor, as we had requested in an email to reservations. However, reception mentioned it was fullybook, but after insisting she found another corner room. Though disappointed with the handling of the situation, we still chose to upgrade which we have paid for the upgrade only by means of its “floor level” or “tranquility room”. Despite this the good part was with additinal perks of daily massage and a great stunning view. However, it is important to note that the room we stayed in was quite small for its price, and the toilet was also very narrow. We would recommend booking a suite room if you plan to stay for an extended period. We also experienced a foul odor, but the hotel staff promptly addressed the issue and compensated us for the inconvenience. The manager, Ms. Cam, was present to assist with these minor issues and provided us with a generous compliment. We really appreciate your thoughtfulness. We would like to give special recognition to Karen, our attendant, for her friendly and fantastic service. She took great care of our room, ensuring its cleanliness and standards were maintained. Karen truly deserves a 5-star rating, and her warm smile and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Karen, and we look forward to seeing you again soon! We would like to give a special shout-out to the guest service team and the staff at the complimentary fresh drink area. One travel tip we would like to share is to arrive early for breakfast, as it tends to get crowded after 8 am. This is the only time when you may have to wait for a seat. However, all the line staff were excellent and greeted us warmly. Unfortunately, we found the supervisors to be less approachable, as they would often pass by without acknowledging or greeting guests. Nevertheless, this did not significantly impact our overall experience. Lastly, the hotel's location is extremely convenient, especially for those flying in and out of the nearby airport. Location: The location was the best of course for the whole stay as it is just a few meters away to the runway bridge leading to NAIA 3. Bedroom: The room was very cozy with the dim lights and perfect blackout curtains. They have a study table but it lacks a chair with a back rest to make it comfortable. Instead, they only provided a stool. The bed is comfy but the pillows are a bit puffy versus to my preference of a less puffier one. Both sides of the bed has a small table with sockets for charging. They have a closet with 2 bathrobes and disposable slippers. Hangers are numerous too for couples to share and they have a hair dryer as well for women to use. The negative part of the bedroom though is that it does not have enough space for the luggages. We had to play fire is lava when we cross from one part of the room to the other due to the luggage in between, blocking the way. With that, we sometimes had to inconveniently close it from time to time so we can walk pass freely. Bathroom: The bathroom is quite small with the toilet area space a bit narrow making it challenging to use the bidet at times. The sink size is perfect and I love how they've provided complete sets of towels! When I say complete, it consist of a face towel, a hand towel, a bath towel and a bath rug. The shower area is just enough in space, not too big but you can definitely move around. The water pressure is relaxing especially if you had a long day and needed a nice shower. They also provide built-in pumps for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Freebies in the room: This hotel is one of the most generous I've encountered in providing their daily drinking water. When some hotels only provide 2 bottles per day, this hotel gives 4 per day and the best part is, you can ask for more for free!! Kudos to that! They also have the usual coffee and tea sachets and some toiletries like toothbrush, and etc. Restaurant: I ate on the weekend on their buffet and I wasn't really expecting much but WOW, the food prepared was SUPERB! I'm so glad I decided to have dinner there. On the other hand, they need to improve their in-room dining as the food prepared was not really appetizing at all. I was confident that I'll be having a nice meal since I had the buffet the other night but I was disappointed with their meals. I guess they only prepare the good stuff during buffets. To help the hotel, They need to improve the following: 1) Ensaymada- I had to try it since I was told it was one of their best sellers. When it was delivered to my room, it was still wrapped in the plastic as is, not even on a plate, heated and when I sliced it when my knife, it crumbled into tiny pieces like its not intact at all. I took a bite and couldn't continue after that as it was super bland and tasted old. The hotel was kind enough though to send me a replacement but I decided not to eat it since I'm worried I'll be sick on my upcoming trip. Better safe than sorry. 2) Sisig, mash potato and cream of carrot soup - I gave them another chance and ordered the following day. The sisig was okay but so many fats in it, making me nauseous with that. The soup was bland but the good thing was, they provided me salt and pepper so it helped balanced it out. The mash potato was lovely and delicious though. 3) Beef rendang bowl - The third time trying their food, I made sure that I'm getting a flavorful one this time. Disappointing to say though, again this was bland! I don't get it! It's rendang and I've tried so many rendangs in the past but this one by far was the worst! It was super bland and sadly, no salt and pepper provided with the meal. On top of that, the beef was tough. I couldn't finish it so I was just disappointed with my meal all throughout. I really hope they can improve their food because it takes away a star from the overall stay. Housekeeping and staff: I love their staff! They were the kindest and catered
