Bad hotel”

We booked for a junior loft. However, it's look like a detention cell. No windows. TV is not working properly. Bedding linens looked overused. Not worth the money you paid for. We could have stayed in a better hotel with the same price.

Spacious but Service needs a lot of improvement”

What I appreciate about this Bed and Breakfast is the generous space, relaxing garden with a view of the children’s play ground, golf course and swimming pool. The restaurant serves good food. We specially liked the bibingka and puto bumbong. HOWEVER, the place needs a lot of maintenance work, and the staff needs a lot of training. It took a lot of effort to make our overnight stay comfortable. I would NOT RECOMMMEND to those who are looking for a place to relax and unwind.

Worst Hotel Experience”

The bathroom was dirty and smelled liked sewage water. The sink looked like it has not been washed for years. No water from the flowed from the sink faucet. They transferred us to a new room and the air conditioner flooded our floor the next morning - leaving my brother's laptop bag soaked. NEVER AGAIN!

the place was located in a subdivision, at night the place is hard to find. the front of the lobby need to be adequately staffed, . you enter from the rear and climb up to a recieving area.this resort has a lot of potiential. just need an unpdate on fixtures and maintanance.

a hotel with a view of the golf ourse”

we had our dinner at the club but were really disappointed with the food, taste was not great and quite expensive. the amenities in the room didn't work very well, no tv signal, no internet, no heater, the shower door gets stuck so very hard to go in and out of the shower, so it was good that we only stayed there for one night. i prepaid the room but the reception didn't process my paper properly so they were asking for payment upon checkout and we had to look for the person in charge to fix the problem.

taff is friendly. food is good. room is just okay but is big. kind the dark is the light. pillows are hard blanket is too thin. toilet shower room is too small water on the shower is like a sprinkler open close of faucet is broken.

our stay in the hotel was not that satisfying. we were disappointed that the sports facilities including the swimming pool closed very early at 7pm and opens very late in the morning. their bathroom drainage is also clogged that causes flooding when you take a bath.

Friendly Staffs but needs improvement”

my family and i stayed for two days. so far the room was nice but the television was not functional. especially at room 212. waiters in the restaurant was not efficient to the extend my husband was pissed off to the the waitress where he asked his steak order. it took as so long to have that steak knowing our order was given to the other table. they don't accept senior citizen discount card.

This hotel fails me so much!”

There was no tv remote & ipod dock is not working. We did approach the front desk about the tv remote and defective ipod dock. However, they did nothing. About the remote of the tv, they just told us "It was damaged by the former occupant of the room". They did not bother to change the tv unit for our convenience. The ipod dock is useless. It's not working and damaged my ipod. To be honest, in terms of the employees' courtesy and warmth, they are very good. Breakfast was served in buffet style, too. Food was exemplary. But here are the negative side of our stays: - Front desk told us that the midnight snack Bibingka galapong and pandan tea are not included in our package in Agoda which is inconsistent with what the clubhouse employee, Alma, told us. - No toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, face towels. - Only 1 bath towel - No tv remote - Ipod dock is not working - No cakes available (only white forest), no choco eclaire, no fish fillet - Cook went home early even when the employees tell you that restaurant is still open until 9pm. I was really hoping for a very satisfying stay. Also, I thought that the room is originally 5k then down to just 3,799 based on Agoda's ad. However, it turns out that it's a lot cheaper when I pay directly to your hotel which is only P3,200. I do not know who's party's deceiving the consumers.

very quiet, cozy room and even restaurant staff considerate in serving us late breakfast.

we stayed 5 days enjoying some of the features of the resort like bowling,pool & billiards, a wi-fi area was provided. the tagaytay area was interesting and we made trips up and down the coast. talisay, where the volcano is was interesting, and towns like nasubu, silang and dasma were fun. and you are not that for from manila.

Wonderful and exciting trip”

wonderful and exciting stay. the kids had fun, especially with the newly renovated room. stayed in one night and it's not enough to experience all the amenities. we were not able to try their bowling becausewe didn't have enough time but were surely love to come back. the price are all reasonable.
