We only had a short stay but the service was wonderful, the host was responsive to queries or requests, and the utilities were more than we expected. Location is convenient since it is near to town (as a former student boarder in trancoville also). Kitchen utensils and appliances were helpful but a microwave would have been a better option for reheating take outs. Nonetheless, the oven toaster and electric stove were still helpful. We loved that the parking space was near the elevator so it was convenient to transfer our baggages to and from the car. Overall, we had a comfortable and peaceful stay here! Highly recommended for those planning to go to baguio 👍🏼

“Baguio 2023! Home away from home 🧡”
The place is clean and peaceful, you can definitely relax after roaming around baguio. We have our own car and they provided free parking. But if do not have your own car, the location is also perfect since there are available transpo on the area (shuttle, jeepneys, taxi) The room is clean when we got there, the view from the balcony is also okay. There are utensils and pretty much everything you need if you are planning to cook your own food and make your coffee. Toiletries are also available. The room is not airconditioned but I dont think you need one, Electric fan is provided but we didn't use it. There is a television, cable tv, netflix, and the wifi connection is also good. There is a gate and guard on the gate so you know that the place and your car is safe. Parking is also not a problem. there is a basement parking and a commin parkin which is also spacious. The water heater is okay, I can take a shower as early as 5am, so you know that it's working okay. We didn't experience any water interruption during our stay. There is a bidet, a large sink, a mirror on the comfort room. The only thing that I do not like is there is no dry part on the CR. There is no divider on the shower and toilet bowl which is also okay, it's just that, I prefer to have a dry side of the cr so when you only want to pee, your feet will still be dry after. . We were given a queen bed which I requested. The sheets can be improved. And the curtains is a little bit thin and see-through. This is the kind of place where you can say that it is a Home away from your home. Will definitely come back and book this place when we visit baguio the next time.

“Perfect stay for family.”
We have a fantastic stay at our unit. not so near at the city center but not so far. quite place. the staff are good especially the security staff. I would be staying here whenever we came back to baguio city

“Exceptional”
We had a great stay at central apartment. Just 10-15 minutes drive away from city proper w/c is an advantage to us coz we dont want noisy and crowded environment. The place is clean and most i like it that u have a exclusive parking on the basement. The place is clean and theyhave kitchen utensils except that they should provide a microwave oven for easy reheating of foods. Over all our stay there is excellent.

“A good option for the traveller on a budget”
The apartment was very clean and tidy and met our needs well. However, some fixtures and fittings need renovation, and a microwave and small heater (for the colder nights) would be most welcome additions.
