4D3N Stay in Coron”
Really a nice place to rest after touring Coron! Accessible too since it's beside a road traversed a lot. It was not far from the town/port and there were always tricycles for transportation. The place was very clean and the staff were all accommodating. Housekeeping would always keep our room tidy and also offered a snack everyday. I saw that others were able to bring beach towels outside the hotel -- for their trips provided it is returned and I think it's a +point for me since only a handful of hotels allow that. What I could say that needs improvement is the wifi service. Understandable that it is not within their reach for the poor signal for sim card, but their wifi speed isn't spectacular also, and there were also cases when our phones would disconnect from the wifi. Over all 9.4/10!!!

All the staffs are very accommodating and everyone has excellent customer service! Lets start from the people that greeted us upon arrival with welcome drinks and hot towels, taking our luggages to our room! Everyday housekeeping, breakfast staffs, the crew at the bar by the pool and everyone is very nice! The GM should give credits to everyone that works there, they pretty much run the resort with excellent gestures to all the guests! The surroundings at the resort at well kept and clean, very relaxing each and every corner! There was a bit of cleanliness issue but HK Francis sorted it out promptly! I’d like to acknowledge everyone that helped us; Front desk Marisel, Housekeeping Francis, Lea and Jemly and the night crew that set up our dinner on our last night at Isla bar ( i totally forgot their names)! I would definitely recommend this place and would go back if given a chance!

My family and friends stayed in Bacau Bay Resort Coron for 4 days and 3 nights to celebrate my birthday. And we were amazed to their exceptional service. Our first touchpoint is Eric. He is accommodating and very helpful in some of my queries on our way to the hotel. As we entered the resort, we were greeted with excitement by the staff and Gilbert. Our stay in the resort is relaxing and comfortable as the staff ensured that they provided all our needs. Although there are some hiccups along the way, i.e., my Mom got hurt because the wooden path going to the docking area was not properly labeled that it was damaged and my Mom accidentally stepped on it, fell and got scratches. Need to improve the food as well. When we had dinner, the food was old given that I informed them on the time that we will be having dinner. I also commend Cardo for really focus on doing his job looking for the kids while swimming in the pool. The staff were always accommodating to all our requests. I also like the fact that they always provides inspiring notes with bite-sized cookies or bread. And they ended their service giving us a souvenir - a picture of us after our dinner. I will definitely go back to this place as they completed our memorable trip in Coron. Thank you so much Bacau and I wish that others could also experience our magnificent stay in Bacau! I rarely write a review of my experience, but when I do, that always is when I go the extra mile to give credit to whom it is due - and BACAU BAY RESORT deserves all that credit! Went to Coron as an APOR and when it hasn’t opened to tourists yet (though just a day before). We were the only guests in the resort, and oh man, they were so warm, welcoming, and super accommodating! Di mo mafeel na tinatamad sila kasi kami lang andun and they didn’t really have to do much. But they did, even more than necessary. Super bilib ako how generous they can be with their service and all the good stuff. You’ll never feel ignored or left alone on your own. Always on the lookout ang lahat ng staff sa kung ano ang kailangan mo. Though we didn’t book our tour package sa resort, they treated us like we did, free baon, towels, goggles. May super duper amazing na maghahatid pa-tour at magwewelcome pagbalik namin sa docking area! Super sensitive ng mga staff with what we need! And Gilbert Uy is the best General Manager! Working on a Sunday, he’s just so all out. Nakakatuwa lahat sila dun - Raiza, William, Jaz, Sue, Twing, and everyone! The rooms and amenities are value for money - so clean, spacious, cold, complete with the essentials, two a/c units (1 for the bedroom and 1 for the living room), same for the TV. Once in a while, some refreshments and snacks locally available in Coron only, from Gilbert. A real excellent stay to remember. Will not hesitate to go back to Bacau Bay Resort in my next Coron visit, and to refer this resort to everyone!!!

Great value for money. Absolutely exceptional staff + service. Fantastic facilities. It all made our "revenge travel" back to Coron all the more memorable. My wife and I had just come from Club Paradise, Coron so we couldn't help but compare it to our stay in Bacau. And suffice to say, Bacau wins out in our eyes. As vegan travelers, the Bacau kitchen didn't hesitate to cook up something special , even when we failed to inform the staff ahead of time of our dietary concerns. Even then, Bacau's menu is very vegan friendly; which has more variety than Club Paradise, despite priding itself with its own exclusive vegan menu. The staff is extremely friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you're right at home, whether it's arranging your airport transfer when it's completely slipped your mind, recommending great places to dine in town, or simply being on-point with the odd request midday. The instinctual friendliness of the people will always be a big part of why we keep on coming back to Palawan. The internet is a bit of a bother at night, particularly when all guests are back in their rooms. But it was stable enough during the daytime to squeeze in the occasional zoom meeting for work. Bacau lacks the beachfront of more premium resorts, but it makes up for it by being so close to the town. It's just a short trike ride away to the port for island hopping, or if you want to explore the local sights and sound. Bacau isn't an easy recommendation for us.
