Beautiful building and rooms. A bit far from night market (15-20min walk)”
The building had no elevator if you were travelling with elderly. Rooms and common spaces are tastefully decorated. You should be mentally prepared that apartments (commonly known as Gong Yu) in Taiwan have no elevators unlike hotels, when you are travelling with large suitcases. The staff in charge Hua Lun was awesome. He was very helpful in helping us get affordable and good valued tour guide/drivers for day trips. 5 star rating for his service and attentiveness. He really made a good difference to our experiences in Hualien. I highly recommend their service if you don't mind walking some distance to DaDongMeng night markets. Cultural park was nearby. You need to pay NTD100 to get to the train station and he can call a cab for you very helpful. 30min walk was too far for us with elderly in the group. Thanks for a good stay!!

Really nice design around the building and rooms. It looks like an Old American style. The room is very clear and comfortable. The staff was really helpful really friendly too. She has been introduced me some place we have to go for visit. Also, this apartment has provided a nice car park.

It looked really good in photos but in reality it was better. The staff was really helpful in everyway she could and she was really friendly too! The place was clean and comfortable and security was good. Location was good as well, walking distance to alot of eateries. If we were to be back, we'll surely stay there again! Till then!

Pretty Petite Hotel ”
Relatively small room with very nice decor and bathroom. Location is nice, with a lot of food options nearby. Hotel does not provide breakfast, so breakfast is provided by 弘爷汉堡 早餐店 which they partnered with. The night market is also nearby (~15mins walk). Overall enjoyed our stay.

Staff is helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated with interesting pop culture theme. Most importantly it is clean and hygienic with good facilities. The location is slightly of from central but not a big issue to us.

Everything is perfect! Great room and staff, also the breakfast (We really do love the breakfast) The place is quite far from our destinations but there's a bus stop just in front of the place...but sometimes we had to wait so long for only one bus to come.

Not clean and poor value for money”
The cleanliness of the room was far from acceptable. From the bed wall, table, toilet, shower curtains. It a small room (Monroe) and paid 60+ AUD for a night is far from value given its location, size and cleanliness. Only pros is the attitude of staff and quality decoration.

民宿很乾淨、配備設施很齊全，雖然就在馬路邊但隔音做得很不錯！ 最推薦的小管家，跟大多數民宿接待其實只幫忙做入住確認與退房不同，小管家從我們要入住前一天就開始關心行程安排，甚至幫忙到車站接送；我們詢問相關的行程景點安排、吃食推薦通通都回復的非常詳細！ 而且有添加ＬＩＮＥ的服務，一有問題隨時連絡，非常安心～如果再去花蓮住宿，肯定還是選擇這間！
