“Не хотіла писати поганий відгук, але нас обманули на гроші.”
Почалося з того, що нам сказали, наче менеджер щось наплутала і виставила наш номер за невірною ціною. А туди сьогодні приїжджають росіяни, тому нам дадуть інший номер. Не зрозуміло чим ми гірші за них. Нам дали кімнату, де ванна з туалетом були через коридор, а не в номері. Сказали, що є кухня. По факту - стара електрична плита і спробуй знайти ложки. І навіть цю кухню чомусь зачиняли на ніч, а відкривали не знаю о котрій - коли нам було треба снідати було завжди зачинено. І навіть в день нашого від'їзду коли ми домовилися з управляючою про кухню і віддати ключі - її не було. Вона проспала, ми їй дзвонили, дозвонились, але вона все одно не прийшла. Та саме гидке - з нас взяли гроші за туристичний збір в тому числі і за святкові дні (як виявилося за них не треба сплачувати) і НІЧОГО НЕ СПЛАТИЛИ ЗА НАС! Тобто забрали ці гроші собі в кишеню. Добре, що потім ми змінили житло і там з нами пішов хазяїн квартири, ми сплатили за не святкові дні (ще раз) і не було жодних питань. Жіночка привітна і посміхається, але так робити зовсім не дружньо!
