Prime location in Oxford Street. ”
A bit expensive but worth the money for the excellent location. In the heart of Oxford Street and right next to Marble arch underground station. My only issue with the hotel was the elevators during rush hour were very busy and most of the time atleast two were not working which caused quite a crowd of people waiting.

The location of the hotel is unparalled to any other. It is the place to be if you wanna be at Oxford street. Its literally 3 minutes away from Primark ! and only 5 minutes away to Marble Arch Tube Station. The convenience is definitely there. It is slightly expensive though due to the location but other than that, its a great hotel with a wonderful room.

Fantastic location for shopping and sightseeing. The hotel bedroom was very comfortable and well equipped but needed to supply instructions for the coffee machine. Breakfast was sumptuous and catered for all tastes and preferences. The only reason I have not given total gold stars was two of the lifts were not working on the busiest time of the morning and the busiest weekend of the year and no-one appeared to be addressing the problem.

Great location being so near to Oxford street with easy access to M&S, Selfridges and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast with a decent selection and delightful staff. This has been our fourth stay and remains a contender for us whenever we visit London. The one notable downside is the wait for the lifts but the upsides certainly make up for this!
