Very centrally located 8,7 We arrived at 10pm and were advised that we had booked single rooms but had my invoice which they accepted immediately and upgraded us. The rooms were huge with a seating area. We purchased tickets for the hop on hop off bus from reception and found the staff very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our staff and recommended it to friends who have stayed since us with no complaints. A very good hotel in an excellent location.

Our room was great, the bathroom and toilet were in seperate rooms and we slept very soundly. There were several lovely restaurants very close to the hotel and the staff all spoke very good English.

Room was big and clean, check in time is quite late with 3 pm. breakfast very expensive, better take breakfast in at a place nearby. Parelles Mexico, 2 / juliol / 2012	very nice hotel that exceeded expectations spacious and comfortable rooms 8,3 the mercure hotel at checkpoint charlie met and surpassed our expectations. standard rooms are spacious and comfortable. they feature large flat-screen tvs (with audio available also in the shower!) and offer very adequate storage areas. finishes are contemporary and include modern furniture and clean lines. smoking rooms are available on request. the hotel has a nice restaurant and bar. staff were fluent in english - they were efficient, courteous, and professional at all times. while location is not the best, all the major attractions are within easy walking distance. we certainly would recommend the mercure hotel at checkpoint charlie. Hotel Feature Tip: It is possible to park your car right in front of the hotel for a charge. We visited on Sunday and did not pay anything because parking was free on that day of the week!
