Parelles Spain, 15 / setembre / 2012	Espectacular villa la Piscina 7 la villa es espectacular, con una decoración muy cuidada y todas las comodidades. la piscina, aunque pequeñita, era muy agradable y bonita, con la cascada y el pequeño jardin/terraza a su alrededor. estás completamete aisado. mucha privacidad. el problema es que no hay nada alrededor, si vas allí es para disfrutar la villa, no para visitar la zona. muy difícil de encontrar. el nombre es incorrecto, el complejo se llama residencial

Parelles Australia, 20 / març / 2013	Very relaxing, quite and very private good location, friendly staff, well maintained grounds 8,7 Everything was made easy, a friendly staff member is assigned to you and they are there to help with your everything. Arranged bike hire for us,it was dropped off and picked up from our villa. Taxis are directly in front of villas. A booklet is in the villa advising you of the best local eateries, where to shop, markets. They even give you a mobile phone with free 200 baht to contact them or for a taxi. The villa itself was wonderful, clean, modern and everything you need, great internet too. The spa treatments are wonderful too. Would definitely stay again either as a couple or a larger group.

They even gave you your own cellphone so that you could reach at any time. The only drawback was the distance to the beach. It took 15 min to walk down. I will go back to this hotel as soon as i can.

Parelles Singapore, 12 / febrer / 2013	1-bedroom Villa with small pool Quiet and peaceful 4,7 it is more residential than hotel. no phone in room, so don't expect room service! self-catering with small kitchenette but adequate. towels are tired and the shower had not been cleaned properly for some time, with hairs still stuck on the floor! did not dare try the pool, after seeing the condition of shower, so cannot comment.

Grups United States of America, 5 / gener / 2013	incredible villa for price Awesome spacious villa 9 important! telling your taxi or private bus that you're going to bangtao private villa will take you on a wild journey through bangtao. it's called the residences by richmond. bangtao private villas are a few villas within the residences that are rented out to customers. make sure you provide the address to residences by richmond instead, it'll make your life 10x easier. villa is huge, we stayed in a duplex. it's just as nice in person as it is in the photos. recommend for all types of travelers. about a 25 minute taxi ride to patong beach. restaurant & gym on-site, $10 access for gym. tesco supermarket is a 5 min tuk-tuk ride away.

The villa is privately owned, but is actually a replica of the neigbouring The Residence Resort, but is at double its price! Location is not the most convenient, but we hired a private driver at THB1000 for 6 hours so not a problem for us :) The villa agent is extremely helpful! Would definitely recommend the villa to others

Great plunge pool. 8,7 We were a little worried before arriving because there weren't any reviews for this residence. It turned out to be fantastic. Beautiful rooms. Lovely pool with sun exposure from 9am till about 430 in the afternoon. Great accomodation for the price. We did rent a scooter to get around as it is far from the beach and restaurants. Loved it! Shopping Tip: Tesco is right around the corner to stock your fridge and buy food for cooking.

Service staff always smiled but you wished they would clean a little more too. We found clothes from previous guests and dirty cutlery and plates. Shopping Tip: There is a Tesco Lotus about a ten minute walk away. good for buying stuff to then cook.
