My stay was ok and without problems except the wifi was down but there is an internet cafe downstairs which is not expensive. The staff are friendly, I was able to leave luggage and all was safe when I returned

Stay was good. I had my own room and it was clean and quiet. The staff were great and very friendly and helpful. Let me leave some luggage, no worries.

Room was clean, staff were firendly and helpful, aircon was ok, as was the bed

I booked a private room with bathroom. I was comfortable and felt safe and secure. The room is a little small, especially the bathroom. But I extended my stay and even booked a return stay, so for Cebu it is ok for the price.

My stay at Tr3ats was very pleasant. The hotel rooms are not large but there's sufficient room, the bathroom is very small but okay. Clean and conveniently located in regards to jeepneys (public transport) to Osmena Fuentes and Ayala Center etc.

Great staff, take care as old friend, fast wifi
Great staff as take care and providing data, easily to Internet wifi accessible and fast also and sharing room with the other can make your new friend from other country

i think it good for backpack traveller with limited budget ,not bad at all because hostel hv nice and very friendly staff can providing any information to u and wifi is free and fast, and the restroom is quite dirty sometime because sharing room, near temple, too far from airport and shopping but it/ just OK

Stay was really goo...staff spoke very good English...rooms apotless...toilets and showers spotless....so cheap for dorm or single rioom...Bad points...never had wifi for days (but there is internet next door til 0200)...so no big deal...the showers trickled water and same with the sinks and toilets...Otherwise a great cheap stay and credit to the staff.

All was very nice...air con was ace...only bad points were water was very slow in toilet, sink or shower and the wifi was usually down. Great staff though...and good security.

Small room, tiny bathroom, small bed, bad location
The room is definitely cheap for a family room for 4 pax. However, it's located out of the town area and hard to find. It's on the third floor and no wifi in the room, only at the reception area.
