Attentive staff, clea room and buffet breakfast.n 7,7 Everything about the hotel was great except for the following: My stay was pleasant until checkout when the hotel tried to charge me for the consumption of two non-existent chocolate bars. It was taking so long for the front desk to resolve the issue I almost paid so I could head to the airport to catch my flight to Manila. While the hotel finally cleared the charges after 10 minutes, it was very frustrating as it could have been easily avoided because I had previously informed the hotel about the discrepancy of what is stocked in the mini bar and their check list. Upon check-in I notified the front desk of the discrepancy between what was stocked in the room mini bar and their stock check list with prices. I was told by house-keeping staff that the hotel knows what is stocked in the mini bar and the number of each item. I replied “How about the hotel guest?” to which I received a blank stare. I ended the conversation by suggesting that they revise the checklist to accurately reflect what is stocked whereas I received another blank stare. Be advised that the deluxe rooms are small. I believe it measures about 24 square meters. The Wi Fi is not functional in the room. Finally, the swivel bar to the door blocks the opening of the room closet. As a result, the small dresser housed in the closet can’t be used because the drawers are blocked by the closet door.

The hot water also does not work well. EXCEPT FOR THAT everything is nice.

We were treated so well as our needs were all taken cared off.. Check in smooth.. Food at the Halo resto was just fantastic and reasonably priced and everyone on the hotel staff was just superb! The room may not be that big but good enough for two.. I love how the room was set up, minimalist and modern.. The balcony is a great touch too! All in all, it's an awesome hotel ;) Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Since its at the heart of the metro, you can access the tourist spots without a problem
