Parelles United Kingdom, 6 / abril / 2013	Memorable, comfortable, relaxing, lovely staff Facilities, secureness, cleanliness 9,7 I stayed at the Moalboal beach resort on Friday 5th April 2013 and would strongly recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in a quiet, clean, first class and expertly run resort. The room we stayed in was a traditional style room, air conditioned, very spacious with an en-suite bathroom. I chose the basic room but was still pleasantly surprised. The location and views are breath taking, there is a large swimming pool with plenty of sheltered seating areas like little cabanas surrounding the area and you feel very secure there as there is a guard on the gate 24 hours a day. There is a nice restaurant bar area that serves nice food and the service is superb, nothing is too much trouble for the staff and the owner has lots of time to sit and talk with his guests. I would stay there again without hesitation and look forward to spending more time there in the near future. Depending on your budget and needs I would go for a basic standard room, it has a large bed and air con, a must and also cold shower, believe me you do not need a hot shower in this climate. If you want to stay in and watch TV I would choose a different room because there isn't one, but there are plenty of other things to do besides TV right? There is even a pet monkey that belongs to the owner and a little tip he prefers mango to bananas.

You can hire scooter for a very good price to get around. It´s located in a quiet but very nice area with green garden and a great swimmingpool with view to the ocean. You can also rent kayaks to go to the mangroves. We did also a trip to oslob (very easy to get there by scooter) to snorkel with the whalesharks. That was a great experience. The white beach is only 2 minutes drive with the scooter. Also you can go to the kawasana falls. a lot of things to do in this area. The restaurant and bar serves also very good meals and drinks :-) Thx nikolaus for our private campfire and all the other things you arranged for us!!! All together we wanted to stay longer but unfortunatly have to go back home.

Famílies amb infants petits United States of America, 14 / març / 2013	secluded comfort quiet, pool, staff was accommodating 7 my wife and two kids (11 and 13)stayed for two nights. the location is out of the way, nothing close to the hotel...if you need to go anywhere the staff can call a tricycle. the hotel is located in a bay...booked two rooms, one deluxe and one standard ... both rooms look the same...one room had a strong chemical odor--looks like they just finished building the room...problems with electrical surges at night causing a/c to intermittently work...last night of stay we had no water due to a local dispute but resolved in the morning...if you are looking for quiet out of the way place then this is it ....if not then look elsewhere

Viatgers en solitari United Kingdom, 2 / març / 2013	Beautiful sea views in quiet surroundings Resort is set in a quiet location with beautiful sea views 9 The resort is set in a quiet location and is ideal as a ‘get away from it all resort’ or as a comfortable base to go out and explore the surrounding area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Restaurant has a good choice of local and international dishes at a reasonable price, with reliable free wi-fi available. The resort has a swimming pool and comfortable sitting areas with a sea view. The manager, Nikolas, cannot do enough to help guests but without being intrusive. Nothing is too much trouble: for me he organised two dives (plus transport) with a local dive school, took me to Moalboal 5km away twice to use the ATM (unfortunately offline both times) and provided essential information for my onward travel. Very satisfied with my stay at this resort.

Viatgers en solitari United Kingdom, 25 / febrer / 2013	Peaceful paradise pool and restaurant 9,3 It was a search to book this place but when i found on face book there was no problem.was so friendly from the 1st message I knew it was going to be ok.When I arrived everything was ready.The initial impression was wow....this must be the cleanest place I have ever been.Everything was lovely,the garden was very neat and the room had everything I needed.(hot shower,aircon/fan).I felt like I was in a 5 star resort! were so helpful and immediately I knew they were decent ppl.Whale watching trip was arranged and on recommendation we went the next morning at 6am.Nobody else was there and we swam with 15 whale sharks,amazing.Having ur own transport makes it easier so I also went to Tumalog waterfall and Tingko beach (near Alcoy).The g/house was a good place from which to explore the surroundings. Food was a bit limited but for a day a cpl days it was ok.overall I would recommend this place to stay and although the beach is not really much it didnt matter.The help and kindness were great,I wish you success in your business,you deserve it.

Viatgers en solitari United States of America, 11 / febrer / 2013	Relaxing but difficult to get around NIce pool, friendly staff and view 5,7 Moalboal beach resort is a beautiful resort with all the amenities for those traveling romantically or at least as a couple. The staff was friendly but ask for the listed charges before asking for the service. There was always a prompt ride (150 pesos one way) a phone call away but it was difficult to get a scooter (300 all day) although I was offered a larger bike that I refused. Overall, the resort provided me with a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere with a friendly accommodating staff. I would recommend the resort to couples or those seeking solitude.

Grups Netherlands, 30 / gener / 2013	Lovely stay and incredible service Quiet, great pool, good food. 8,7 Staying at the Moalboal Beach resort for 2 nights last January, has made me want to go back there again. I loved to stay in this resort due to many reasons: very good food, fast check in, good and clean infinity swimming pool. Room and bathroom were clean and the service was unbeatable! It’s a bit far of the city centre although with a tricycle ride you will be there in minutes.

He just took over the resort and the place has a lot of potential. Magrove forest and relaxing place with nice infinity pool. Place will I believe just get better with time and Nickolas now at the helm. Hotel Feature Tip: Rent his or another motorcyle and save yourself time, hassel and money. You'll have freedom to go to the main beach and attractions area 15-20 mins away at your leisure.
