Grups Indonesia, 16 / març / 2013	cheap hotel but the service is not really good cheap, very standard 4,3 I stayed at 3 nights in this hotel, but only 1 day our room was cleaned. they didnt change the sheet and the blanket. the blanket is the same with the sheet. the lamp in the room is very gloomy. the room is very small. about 25 minutes to food area. if i come again to cebu, i will not stay in this hotel

The couple complained about the many ants in their room. I told the reception about it and they promised to clean up their room. My bed in room 305 is broken in one of it's corners. The piece of very thin, cheap plywood I guess, could not support my with when I climbed up that side of the bed. I tried to fixed it and I did, but the next day is the same. The staff in the kitchen has to be trained more especially when they serve, since an order of the husband of the couple I mentioned earlier was supposed to be rice, but received a toasted bread instead.

Viatgers en solitari Canada, 25 / gener / 2013	Pleasant Stay, Ok location Near Mango Ave 7,7 stayed for a couple days - rooms were small, clean, and basic. no hot water, but it wasnt really that cold anyway. staff were polite and helpful. mango area was nearby to walk to and if you're looking for a safe, clean hotel for a cheap short stay, you can't beat this in cebu downtown area.
