Very pleasant and memorable.
I felt at home, safe, close to everything.

I felt comfortable in my room. Safety was also a big factor in my enjoying my stay. Proximity to the airport, public transport, restaurants, casinos,and shopping areas all contributed to a very pleasant and memorable. It was my first trip to Macau and my first stay at your hotel. I will definitely be back in Macao and in your hotel.

Comfortable and easy
Could put in an extra bed, staff was nice, discount on room

Staff was helpful.
The wifi didn't work when we were there which is a minus.
Adapters were blocked by furniture, don't think that has to do with us having a third bed in the room, just poor planning cause the third bed was places in front of the window thus the room didn't seem to have been rearranged.
Not the most central hotel, however it is a small city so you don't have to stay central to be close to entertainment.

nothing special about my stay in this hotel.
The Filipinos in the staff were quite helpful.

I did not expect that this hotel is a little bit far from the center of Macau. The hotel rooms need some renovation. The carpets should either be replaced with new ones, or should be done away with, once and for all. If ever I plan to return to Macau in the future, I don't think I would go back to this hotel. I am also quite surprised and disgusted that the taxi drivers in Macau can't speak or understand a single word in English.
